From a rooftop delivery gone wrong to a prison floating in the sky, this six-minute brand film for TON turns network tech into an animated noir that fans compared to Arcane.

Six Minutes of Film in Three Weeks

TON needed a cinematic brand film for a big moment, and the call came three weeks before the deadline. A short product spot would have been the safe answer... but TON got a six-minute animated story instead. The idea was to turn ideas like freedom, open networks and resilience into a world people could actually feel, a city run by a puppet master and one courier who refuses to play his part.

A Courier, an Amulet and Three Stones

Tony is a courier who delivers what others are too scared to touch, forbidden words and scraps of freedom in a city where dissenters vanish. One job feels off from the start, an address, a note and a rusty old trinket. The city has set a trap. His crew gets dragged away, a sniper on stilts takes out his shoulder, and an uppercut sends him off a bridge. He wakes in a basement where a hooded stranger explains the trinket is an amulet waiting for three stones. Tony finds them, one on a black market and one in a ruin with Egyptian vibes, and the amulet wakes up. He goes back to the bridge, then up to the prison in the sky, turns the madman’s own power against him and opens every cell. His friends walk free... though the tower and its director are still up there, and the story is to be continued.

Black Ink, White Paper and Blood Red

The whole film looks painted with a brush in black ink on white paper, with splashes and torn edges, like a graphic novel in motion. The only color is red, saved for the stones, the amulet and the moments when the network wakes up, so every flash of it means something. The city mixes steampunk airships, giant bridges and walking machines, and the narration has the gritty, clipped voice of a noir detective.

An Animated Series Look in Three Weeks

Holding one hand-painted style for six minutes is the real challenge here, with hundreds of shots in the same ink, the same brush and the same rough edges. Tony, his crew and the villains stay recognizable through fights, falls and explosions, and character consistency keeps every face sharp even when the style turns almost abstract.
