Privacy Policy.
Who we are
The Blue Horizon is an AI film studio producing original IP, hybrid AI films and commercials. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. For anything privacy-related, write to contact@thebluehorizon.ai.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us and what running a website unavoidably produces:
- Contact form — your name, email address, message, and (optionally) company and budget range, so we can respond to your enquiry and scope a project.
- Correspondence — anything you send us by email afterwards.
- Technical logs — our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested pages) for security and reliability.
We don’t run accounts, take payments on this site, or set marketing cookies. If we introduce site analytics, it will measure aggregate usage, not identify you, and this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver work you’ve engaged us for, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use what you submit here to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site and our communications — hosting (Vercel), our content management system (Sanity), and email infrastructure — each bound to process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Technical logs are retained on our providers’ standard short schedules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email contact@thebluehorizon.ai and we’ll act on your request promptly. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is aimed at professional audiences and not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
