Everything on this site — films, stills, copy, the site itself — belongs to The Blue Horizon or to the clients and licensors whose projects are shown, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Client names and marks appear to identify the work we made with them.

You may watch, link to, and share the pages; you may not download, re-edit, republish, scrape, or use the films and images elsewhere — including for training AI models — without written permission. Ask first: contact@thebluehorizon.ai.

Don’t interfere with the site’s operation, probe or breach its security, or misrepresent submissions through the contact form as coming from someone else. Automated bulk access to the video content is not permitted.

The site links out to platforms we publish on (YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, Spotify) and to our careers portal. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don’t control.

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties about completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and content may change without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Blue Horizon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
